Ingredients: Water, gram flour, vegetable oil, raising agent: yeast, tapioca starch, potato starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, gluten free oats, psyllium husk, stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), sea salt, unrefined sugar.
Shelf Life - 5 days at room temperature. Best kept Chilled. 3 months Frozen.
Recommended to be toasted or warmed up before eating. For best results warm in the oven at 170c for 3 minutes. Or 10 minutes at 170c from frozen.

All our savoury products are made using a minimum amount of salt and sugar. Salt and sugar are the only preservatives we use in our products. So avoid storage in direct sunlight, avoid storage in any area with a temperature more than 20 centigrade and avoid storage in any area with high humidity. For avoidance of doubt, freeze all the savoury products. The products can be toasted from frozen. The products will also last longer if stored in a chilled temperature.

Delicious Panini
I will definitely buy these again as they fit in a toaster and are fine lightly toasted. No need to waste energy switching on an oven. I found half of one of these enough compared to one of another good GF brand and better value given the flavour and texture (denser not full of big holes).

Great bread, best ever tried
Tasty, soft, versatile (great either at room temperature or toasted). We keep buying it every 2 weeks (in bulk) with the “pizza” wraps and the loaf.. We slice the loaf and we freeze the slices in plastic back. Easy to roar whenever needed.

Panini Rolls
Best gluten free rolls I have tasted and I will definitely be ordering more. Heated for a couple of minutes then spread with butter while hot, topping of choice or just as they are with a salad. Lush :)
