Ingredients: Water, gram flour, white and brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, golden linseed, cold pressed rapeseed oil, gluten free oats (3%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, raising agent: yeast, psyllium husk, unrefined sugar and sea salt.

Gluten free oat bread
Great product, smells and tastes like real bread. A small point, it's advertised as oat loaf yet only consists of 3% oats. The majority of the bread is gram, brown and white rice flour.

In my opinion this is the best GF bread available. It tastes great, moist and springy, actually rivals/beats top regular bread for taste and texture.
