Our brownies are a delicious cake to attract discerning sophisticates with an interest in a gluten free and vegan diet.

Suitable for serving as part of the ultimate English tea time or snacking time. This pack of 6 brownies is an indulgent gift for anyone. 

Ingredients: Water, Banana, White rice flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Unrefined Sugar, Organic Couverture Chocolate Chips (14%)(Cocoa, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Rice Powder, Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier) and Natural Flavouring), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder: Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate.

Shelf Life - Average 10 days at room temperature. Best Kept Chilled. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.

Craft bread made in the Incredible Bakery in Warkton, Northamptonshire that has no contact with any of the 14 common food allergens that need to be disclosed in bold on ingredient lists.

All Incredible Bakery Company products are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soya free and vegan.

Couverture is a very high grade chocolate with more than 40% cocoa butter content.

Wrapped in Natureflex™- a compostable film made from Wood Pulp.

    More like cake than brownie, with a slight banana taste but still very good for a chocolate fix.
