Multiple use flour with a hint of coconut. For a crumbly crust: mix the contents of this pouch with 100g of your favourite spread or oil. Add a table spoon of cold water. Work the dough until you have a round ball. For a firmer crust: using a food processor mix the contents of this pouch with 100g of your favourite spread or oil, then slowly add hot water until the mix turns into a ball. Place the ball between two sheets of cling film and using a rolling pin, flatten it to the desired thickness.
