What We Make

The Incredible Bakery Company ("IBC") is a bakery manufacturer that makes products which are all free from gluten, dairy,  eggs and soya. Additionally all products are vegan and coeliac friendly. Also IBC does not process any of the 14 common food allergens on site in Warkton. We also make all products in a nut free environment.

IBC makes a range of Savoury Loaves, Paninis, Fruit Loaves, Rolls, Buns, Scones, Cakes, Wraps, Doughnuts and Dry Mix Products.

All savoury loaves are high in fibre and low in saturated fat. This is because IBC uses innovative ingredients such as Golden Linseed, Red Quinoa, White and Brown Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Gluten Free Oats, Psyllium Husk and Mellow Yellow Cold Pressed Rape Seed Oil from Farrington's Oils. 

All products are made to order with a shelf life of 5 - 10 days at room temperature for fresh products, 3 months for frozen products and 6 months to a year for dry products.

We absolutely do not gas flush any products to create an unnaturally long shelf life. We believe that gas flushing is creating dissatisfaction amongst consumers as products treated in this way become prematurely dry and crumbly.

We strive at all times to create products that have the same good taste, moistness, appearance and good nutritional qualities as conventional bakery products. 

Our products were born from the need of caring parents to feed a child that has multiple food allergies. Because of that all IBC products are handled with care and love.
