The Ginger, Date & Chocolate bun is high in fibre (10.9%).
Shelf Life - Average 7 days at room temperature. 14 days at chilled temperature. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.

These "buns" are amazing. So moist, can be eaten with abit of spread on or toasted - amazing, just like a tea cake. Soo good even my hubbie loves them. Cut into 3 to get into toaster. Amazing product.

Amazing! Great size, texture, taste, full of chocolate & fruit. Enjoyed these toasted but also yummy untoasted. Would order these again!
